I’m one blank page away from actually finishing a handwritten journal. It only took 3 years! I’m not sure if I’m being sarcastic or not. I’m already halfway through my new journal after only 3 months. Of course I started a new one before finishing the old one.

I don’t know if you anyone’s ever told you this but going through your journal that you wrote and reading it is an important part of the learning process and building self-reliance. You get to see how you’ve improved, and surprise yourself with things that you don’t even remember upsetting you so much or you don’t remember all of the wisdom that was always in you, or you don’t remember something helpful that someone once said to you, unless of course, you go back and read the damn thing.

Here’s some wisdom from my journal 2023-2026.
